First Edition Salmon

This is a first edition and was one of the very first blades that I built when I started this company. I hope that this piece will not only be a highly used tool but a collectors piece as the years go on. This Salmon Filet knife is built to last it is made from S90VN stainless steel, has a stone wased finish, and has my signature rockwork on the spine of the blade. The handle scales are made out of Ironwood and are glued and pinned on with brass pins.
