First Edition Salmon

This is a first edition and was one of the very first blades that I built when I started this company. I hope that this piece will not only be a highly used tool but a collectors piece as the years go on. This Salmon filet knife is made out of S90VN stainless steel that has a stone washed finish and complete rockwork on the blade as will as the Walnut grips of the handle. This knife comes with a custom fitted kydex sheath and Ulticlip.
