Refund Policy
Return & Repair Policy
All custom work completed by TKB is considered a final and non-revocable sale at the option of TKB. All unused, undamaged, and unopened products may be returned within 30 days if done so in the original packaging with all postage pre-paid. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed on all purchases over $100. All returns and warranty repairs must be approved in advance by contacting TKB’s service department by emailing tuffkutsblades@gmail.com. No collect calls will be accepted. If a returned product is damaged TKB reserves the right to send the package back to the sender and refuse to refund the order.
Blade and Tool Purchases
TKB ships directly to the address and information given by the customer: The customer is solely responsible for knowing their state laws regarding blade/item legalities. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned items. A refund is not warranted and is at the discretion of TKB to honor if and when the blade/item is returned in appropriate condition.
Order Cancellations
All requests for order cancellation must be submitted via email to "tuffkutsblades@gmail.com". All order cancellations must be submitted prior to an order shipment to avoid paying for shipping costs to return the product. No collect calls will be accepted.
Shipping
TKB is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged packages. Insurance on a package is optional at checkout. All orders over $100 require a signature upon receipt.
Wait Times
TKB lead times are estimates and TKB will make every reasonable effort to ship within the time specified. If a lead time is not specified, the product is expected to ship within 6-8 weeks. TKB reserves the right to extend or shorten estimated lead times as necessary to provide a product that meets TKB’s standards.
