TKB sells our products “as is” to the fullest extent allowed by law and you accept any known or unknown defects presented to you via the TKB website. Products purchased from TKB are not subject to automatic warranty or warranty of any kind expressed or implied.Security and accuracy of all quality and control standards implemented by TKB are sold in satisfactory condition and you accept the condition of the product purchased by agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Due to legal reasons TKB does not consider or accept unsolicited ideas or suggestions from outside Tuff Kuts Blades. Please do not send us any ideas, suggestions, drawing, images, or other submissions for our consideration. This is for the protection of you as well as TKB. If a submission is received TKB will incur no liability to you as a result of any similarity between Tuff Kuts Blades products and your submission. Custom orders and requests may still be taken and your design submission becomes property of TKB upon its reception. TKB reserves the right to alter and adjust any design without liability. To the extent permitted by law, TKB will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage whatsoever (including without limitation loss of business, opportunity, data, profits) arising out of or in connection with the use of the TKB website. Any user expressly disclaims any right to punitive or exemplary damages. TKB makes absolutely no guarantee that the functionality of the TKB website will be uninterrupted or error free, that defects will be corrected or that the TKB website or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or anything else which may be harmful or destructive. TKB shall have no liability if any of its products are misused or used in any inappropriate or illegal manner. A user is urged to seek proper training and education in regards to the use of any TKB product.

TKB reserves the right to cancel any order to include canceling orders for items that were improperly priced on the website. TKB reserves the right to not sell products to anyone at any time at the discretion of TKB for any reason. In the event information is incorrect on the website TKB will correct that information at our earliest convenience and upon our notification of the error.

Warranty

The TKB warranty policy is subject to the initial buyer’s registration of the product purchased from TKB. Registration to warranty a TKB product is accessible on the TKB website. TKB products may be delivered with a very sharp edge and TKB recommends that you handle the product with care. TKB will resharpen your TKB knife free of charge as well as inspect it for warranted repairs. TKB reserves the right to revoke any warranty at the discretion of TKB. TKB will also sharpen non warrantied TKB products and non TKB products after a user is approved by TKB for a purchasable sharpening warranty. 

Return & Repair Policy

  All custom work completed by TKB is considered a final and non-revocable sale at the option of TKB.  All unused, undamaged, and unopened products may be returned within 30 days if done so in the original packaging with all postage pre-paid. A restocking fee of 15% will be assessed on all purchases over $100. All returns and warranty repairs must be approved in advance by contacting TKB’s service department by emailing tuffkutsblades@gmail.com. No collect calls will be accepted. If a returned product is damaged TKB reserves the right to send the package back to the sender and refuse to refund the order.

Blade and Tool Purchases

TKB ships directly to the address and information given by the customer: The customer is solely  responsible for knowing their state laws regarding blade/item legalities. The customer assumes all responsibility and cost for returned items. A refund is not warranted and is at the discretion of TKB to honor if and when the blade/item is returned in appropriate condition.

Order Cancellations

All requests for order cancellation must be submitted via email to "tuffkutsblades@gmail.com". All order cancellations must be submitted prior to an order shipment to avoid paying for shipping costs to return the product. No collect calls will be accepted. 

Shipping

TKB is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged packages. Insurance on a package is optional at checkout. All orders over $100 require a signature upon receipt.

Wait Times

TKB lead times are estimates and TKB will make every reasonable effort to ship within the time specified. If a lead time is not specified, the product is expected to ship within 6-8 weeks. TKB reserves the right to extend or shorten estimated lead times as necessary to provide a product that meets TKB’s standards.

Governing Law and Venue

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of Montana. Venue is only appropriate in the state of Montana and the United States of America, and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Montana. Venue is only appropriate in the State of Montana.
